Homework Statement
A 150g steel spoon (constant = 420J/kg degrees Celsius) initially at 19 degrees Celsius is placed into a 250mL cup of water at 89 degrees Celsius. When both objects reach the same temperature what temperature will that be?
Relevant Equations
change in energy = (mass)(constant)(change in temperature)
water constant = 4200J (kg degrees Celsius)
I don't know what to do!

The spoon will cool down and lose energy, the water will warm up and gain energy. Use conservation of energy.
