Gets into a lot of stuff tucked away in the 98 page report from OpenAI on GPT-4.

- GPT-4 can process a lot more text in queries than GPT-3.5
- training data cutoff was at 2021 same as ChatGPT but it seems that the ChatGPT cut off was later in the year.
- in contrast Bing with GPT-4 can search the internet
- GPT-4 can still exhibit undesirable behavior (criminal acts...)
- GPT-4 can generate really good disinformation (yikes)
- scary footnote on setting up GPT-4 to launch copies of itself to improve itself... (pg 53)
