Doubt with Greenwood's dynamics book

In summary, the two recommended books for upgrading knowledge in dynamics are Principles of Dynamics and Advanced Dynamics, both by Greenwood. The former is an introductory course while the latter covers more advanced topics and is likely to be more difficult.

Hi, in order to upgrade my knowledge in dynamics, I am starting a more advanced course by myself, and the two recommended books were Principles of Dynamics and Advanced Dynamics, both by Greenwood. I would like to know what is the difference of this two books, which one is harder? Thanks anyway.

The difference between Principles of Dynamics and Advanced Dynamics is that the former book is an introductory course in dynamics, while the latter is a more advanced course. The Advanced Dynamics book covers topics such as rigid body motion, non-rigid body motion, and Lagrangian mechanics. The Advanced Dynamics book is likely to be more difficult than the Principles of Dynamics book due to its complexity and mathematical rigor.
