Dance of Magnetic Fields Exposed to Human Eyes

In summary, NASA scientists have created a simulation using sound-controlled CGI and 3D compositing to show what magnetic fields would look like if we could see them. Despite being invisible, the simulation shows consistency and complexity, challenging previous beliefs about the uniform and symmetric nature of magnetic fields.

Unfortunately, magnetic fields are by their nature invisible, but scientists from NASA’s Space Sciences Laboratory have managed to put on film what these natural phenomenons would look like if we could see them with our own eyes. Please note that this is a simulation and has been created using sound-controlled CGI and 3D compositing. Enjoy!

Is that even realistic? Shouldn't there be some sort of consistency in the patterns?

I see consistency...very cool thanks for posting! Just one more thing to dream about...

I thought magnetic fields were uniform and symmetric, much like the drawings of a magnetic field of a bar magnet. Static and constant.
Why are those likes going all over the place?
Thanks :)
