2. The attempt at a solution
I need to devise an experiment that would confirm the 3 statements. By experiements, it means something along the line of DNAase II sensitivity assay, EMSA, DNA footprinting etc

What kind of experiments can determine protien activity? Specially, determining positive and negative regulation?
