Equations governing cavitation, flow speed, and delta vapor pressure...
$$ \frac{p_{\text{static}}}{v} > P_{\text{vapour}} $$ But if looking for v value, it cannot be an inequality?

That was an attempt. Referring to your first answer it is cavitation number equation that is used.

No diagram. Question is as follows: The vapor pressure of water is 23.3hPa and the total pressure is 30hPa. At which flow speed would cavitation be possible in the liquid?

The question gives the 2 pressures, and asks which flow speed would cavitation be possible in the liquid.

Yes I have found that. It is the rearranging for velocity as I do not have a value for cavitation number.

Yes magnetic field 1/2 spin in Sz state. z direction. Hamiltonian is qe/meSz which reduces to hwo/2 (1 0 0 -1) or H = woSz where wo = ebo/2me

The wavefunction I provided. values 1 and 3. Or my mistake perhaps use 1/square root 10 and 3/square root 10 so they can be normalized to unity

It is arbitrary. The question just asks for the probability of finding a negative or positive result for an energy measurement of the observable.
